The Blizzard Backpack delivers cold dry air comparable to that of a small wall unit AC without the use of refrigerants or chemicals of any kind, a fully green and eco-friendly personal cooling system. The Blizzard weighs only 11 lbs. yet achieves producing cold dry air that is over 30 degrees colder than the outside air temperature and maintains indoor ac temperature output over a 4 hour cooling cycle. It’s a full system that is stored in one backpack size bag including an overhead shade, tripod stand, remote control and wheels for easy transport for those that prefer to roll it instead of wearing it as a backpack. It delivers a powerful jet of cold dry air to the back of the neck and low back where there is a great concentration of blood flow located closest to the skin surface, creating an amplified cooling effect throughout the entire body through “Targeted Vascular Cooling”.  The inner core component of the Blizzard is called the Arctic Ice Core and is frozen to deliver a four-hour cooling cycle.  The ice core may be changed out for an additional four hours with each core, keeping a spare in a small cooler would provide enough cooling for an 8-hour day. The Blizzard lowers the temperature of the outside ambient air by 20-30+ degrees over a four-hour cooling cycle, starting at an over 30 degree drop when first turned on and maintaining indoor ac temperature output (in the 70s) for over four hours even at 100 degree heat outdoors.
